Ashford Fire is an online retailer focused exclusively on patio heating, fire features, fireplaces, stoves, and outdoor living. We don't sell furniture, appliances, or general merchandise. Fire and heat is the whole business, and that focus is deliberate.
These products are technical. Sizing a patio heater correctly means accounting for coverage area, ceiling height, wind exposure, and whether the space is open or enclosed. Specifying a fireplace means understanding venting configuration, clearance requirements, and local code. A homeowner buying their first heater has no reason to know any of that, and a contractor on a deadline shouldn't have to work it out alone.
Our job is to know it, and to make sure what arrives at your door is the right product for the space it's going into.

Shipping is free on all orders to the 48 contiguous states. No minimum, no threshold, no freight charge appearing at checkout.
Most of what we sell moves by freight rather than parcel, and freight on a crated 300-pound heater is a real cost. We absorb it rather than burying it in a line item at the end of the process. Larger items ship with liftgate service and a scheduled delivery appointment, and White Glove Delivery (inside placement, unpacking, and debris removal) is available as an upgrade.

Every page on ashfordfire.com is served over encrypted HTTPS, and payment information is processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Ashford Fire was founded by Austin and Ashton.
Austin's background is in online retailing. Heavy, freight-shipped equipment sold through authorized dealer channels to customers who need to talk to a person before spending several thousand dollars. Ashton's is in commercial customer acquisition, building the systems that connect businesses with the suppliers they need.
Ashford Fire is what happens when those two things are pointed at a category where the products are excellent and the buying experience usually isn't.
